Jay-Z insists his attempt to quit rapping was "the worst retirement in
history."
The hip-hop star - who announced he was giving up performing in 2002 - is
getting ready to release his first album in three years, 'Kingdom Come', and
is set to perform a string of one off concerts around the world.
He said: "It was the worst retirement, maybe, in history.
"Something, when you love it, is always tugging at you and itching at you,
and I was putting it off and putting it off."
He added: "I started fumbling around to see if it felt good."
